Shipping policy

Media mail is available for all music & book purchases.  

Please contact bitterrootrecords@gmail.com if you have any special shipping needs or questions.  

Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders within the US. We do not cover any return shipping costs.
For refunds, items must be returned within 7 days of arrival, and must include a tracking number.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. Refunds will not be provided for stolen or lost product.
